Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be initiated within 24 hours. In case your order has already been shipped, it will only be eligible for replacement or refund if found damaged or unfit for consumption.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed only after internal quality checks. For any refund request, you must share the necessary proof. Our Customer Service will inform you once the refund request has been approved.
If your refund has been approved, it shall be processed within 7 business days. If in case you don’t get your refund within the stipulated time, please feel free to reach out to us.
All refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment only.
Indian Spice Supplies is not liable to process any refund if the request is initiated after 7 days of delivery or if you fail to produce necessary proofs.
Customers will have to pay for shipping when applying for refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
All orders placed on our website are eligible for return if the product is unused and unopened. The return request has to be initiated within maximum 7 days of delivery and the reason for the return should be explicitly stated in the email.
If the product is received in damaged form, you must write to us within 24 hours upon receiving your package so that we can expedite your replacement request. Please attach a picture of the delivered order for our internal quality checks.

If in case you have received a product that is different from what you had ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can expedite your return request. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and unopened.

If any item is missing from your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery and we will get the remaining items shipped.

We ensure that you receive the freshest spices but if in case you feel that it tastes bad or stale please do not hesitate to reach out to us within 7 days of the order delivery and we shall send a replacement. Please do let us know what you didn’t like exactly and we’ll sort it out for you.
Uncollected orders
Packages that are not collected within the time specified on the notice of delivery will be sent back to our warehouse. According to our store's policy, if you do not pick up your order in time from your pick-up center, we may charge you €40 to cover shipping costs and administration fees. If you notify us that you want to withdraw from your purchase before the package is automatically returned, we will not charge any fee for uncollected packages.

Additional Charges
Depending on your country's rules, there might be additional charges added for international shipments. These are decided by your local customs office and may include charges such as clearance fees, customs duty, goods and services tax (VAT), and other taxes. We have no control over these charges and we therefore always recommend you contact your local post office/authorities/customs if you are unsure about what local fees might be added to your order.
